Group Camp was
terrific. Learning how to make a fire is always exciting!
Even the Venturers
enjoyed practicing their fire building skills.
One of the tasks was to build
a shelter.
This is the Debris Hut one group
made.
Here's what the
structure looked like on the inside.
And... the coolest
part was that Denys, one of our Scouts, actually slept in the shelter.
He slept like
a rock and had to be woken up the following morning.
Our Group Camp
this year was fabulous.
We enjoyed perfect weather and great Scouting
